Thanks for taking a moment to check in with me. I want to help you navigate your way to your first appointment with confidence. As you read on, you’ll find 1) what kinds of situations I specialize in counseling with, 2) some other exciting things I’m involved with, and 3) how to get started with me.

I am a psychotherapist trained in marriage and family therapy and the Founder of Aspen Counseling Group. I have more than 10 years of experience working professionally with youth, parents, individuals, and families in private practice, therapeutic groups, residential treatment, wilderness therapy, crisis debriefing, and family systems restoration. In these different settings, I have seen the power and importance of relationships in healing and restoring individuals and families.

I have a broad range of times available, from early in the morning to late in the evening, Mondays and Wednesdays. I do all of my own scheduling, so you can contact me directly by phone, email or text message and we’ll set up an appointment.

Sessions are 45 minutes and the regular cost is $150. I have a sliding scale fee structure for specific qualified groups. I accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and health savings account cards.

I have opted out of insurance networks, but I do still participate as an “out of network” provider. This means you pay my regular fee, and I can provide you with a receipt that has all the diagnostic information necessary for you to file and possibly get a rebate from your insurance company based on your plan.
